Return Process

  Log into your Archive 404 account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and dust bags are intact and included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 48 hours of your request approval.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
